My name is Kim and am a mother of 2 I have always had a passion for health and fitness and have a real passion with wanting to share my knowledge and inspire people to find the same passion I hold for keeping fit and healthy. One thing I was once told and has forever remained in my head is a diet is something you go on and therefore come off , I want to change peoples thoughts and attitude to both exercise and nutrition in particular women. I pride myself on giving my all to my clients and getting there desired results.
